Terms of Service
Last updated: March 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SchemaGenerator web application (the “Service”), operated by MS Themes, Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to agree to these Terms.
2. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may be updated with 30 days’ notice.
- Plans include a monthly credit allowance. Credits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused credits on paid plans roll over for up to one billing period.
- Top-up packs, if purchased, are non-refundable and non-expiring.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued.
- If a charge fails, we’ll email you and retry. Accounts with unresolved payment issues may be suspended or downgraded to the free tier.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to create schema markup that misrepresents page content, violates Google’s structured data guidelines, or is otherwise deceptive.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits, credits, or authentication.
- Use the Service to process content you don’t own or have permission to process.
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
- Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to your HubSpot page content and the schema markup generated from it. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service — analyze pages, generate schemas, and deploy them back to your HubSpot portal at your direction.
5. HubSpot integration
The Service relies on HubSpot’s API. We’re not responsible for outages, breaking changes, or deprecations on HubSpot’s side. You’re responsible for maintaining your HubSpot subscription and the permissions granted to SchemaGenerator.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that cause temporary downtime. Credits consumed during a verified outage on our end will be refunded to your account.
7. AI-generated output
Schema markup is generated by AI based on your page content. While we validate output against Google’s requirements, AI can make mistakes. You’re responsible for reviewing generated schemas before deploying them and for the accuracy of the structured data on your pages. We recommend testing with Google’s Rich Results Test before relying on any generated schema for production SEO.
8. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or produce specific SEO outcomes. Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MS Themes, Inc and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email and on this page 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms. On termination, your access ends and your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
